Attend Small Group Fitness Sessions at Our Tawa Fitness Centre

Your friendly Tawa Gym

For specialist work outs and high intensity exercise, for example pilates and boot camps, small group fitness sessions at Tawa Fitness Centre are just what you need.

Typically about an hour in duration, these sessions are programmed in blocks anywhere between four and ten weeks.  You don't have to be a member to participate!

If you're not comfortable working out in a large group, you'll find these sessions are exactly what you're after.

There'll be between eight and ten clients per session which means quality time to work personally with the instructor.

If you want to attend with friends we can design a small group session specifically for you and your mates, just ask and we'll be happy to help.

Remember, we're the Tawa gym that offers a friendly and personal environment for exercise.

PILATES - Tuesday @ 7.05pm (1 hour includes 15 mins stretching)

TERM2:
4th May to 6th July - 10 weeks
Cost: Members $75        Non Members: $100

TERM 3: 
27th July to 28th September - 10 weeks
Cost: Members $75              Non Members: $100

TERM 4: 
19th October to 14th December - 9 weeks
Cost: Members $67.50            Non Members: $90
