Attend Small Group Fitness Sessions at Our Tawa Fitness Centre

Your friendly Tawa Gym

For specialist work outs and high intensity exercise, for example yoga and boot camps, small group fitness sessions at Tawa Fitness Centre are just what you need.

Typically about an hour in duration, these sessions are programmed in blocks anywhere between four and eight weeks.  Tawa Fitness Centre members get discounted rates to attend yoga sessions.   However you don't have to be a member to participate!

If you're not comfortable working out in a large group, you'll find these sessions are exactly what you're after.

There'll be between eight and ten clients per session which means quality time to work personally with the instructor.

There's also a private room available for these sessions so you don't have to be out on the gym floor.  If you want to attend with friends we can design a small group session specifically for you and your mates, just ask and we'll be happy to help.

Remember, we're the Tawa gym that offers a friendly and personal environment for exercise.

29th April to 1st July - 9 weeks (excludes Queens Birthday Monday 3rd June)
Cost: Members $67.50     Non Members $90

*6am class is new and requires a minimum of 6 people to run.

TERM 3
22nd July to 23rd September - 10 weeks 
Cost: Members $75    Non Members $100

YOGA - Wednesday @ 6.30pm (1 hour)

          Tuesday and Thursday @ 5.45am and Saturday at 7am

FITTER FASTER TRIMMER RUNNING GROUP
If you have always wanted to get better at running or you want to start running these sessions are for you!  All abilities catered for and challenged!

Saturday @ 7.00am 35-40 min interval sessions (cost $5/session)

Run group runs in conjunction with bootcamp dates.
