Lunch Time Community Classes

If you or a group of friends are interested in lunch time classes let us know and 
we could start them going again.

Work in Tawa? 30 mins to spare at lunch time?

Maximise your lunch time, come and join our 30 min lunch time express classes, HIIT (high intensity interval training) Spin, Circuit and Pilates. Classes are led by our Tawa Fitness Centre experienced, qualified trainers.

The Classes:

Circuit – high intensity interval training, using weights, bodyweight, medicine balls, powerbags. You will be challenged you will burn fat, you will sweat and you will get fitter. Come join this action packed lunch time class. All levels welcome.

HITT -Spin a high intensity 30 minute session on the spin bikes. All levels welcome.

PILATES – 30 mins of intense core work. We use a variety of resistance bands, pilates circles and pilates moves to strengthen and tone your core. This class is for all fitness levels, and is a great way to fit a quick but challenging core workout into your busy day.

NON MEMBERS: Class Cost: $7.50/class.

Evening Community Pilates Mat Class

Tuesdays @ 7pm for 1 hour (includes 15 mins stretching).

Term 1: 12th February to 9th April             9 week block     Cost $90

Term 2: 30th April   to  2nd July                10 week block    Cost $100

Term 3: 23rd July to 24th September         10 week block    Cost $100

Term 4: 15th October to 10th December     9 week block     Cost $90
